KDCOASTERFAN
Yeah & they pretty much continue to ignore two parks that could benefit from some much needed cap ex for new attractions in the process.
ClevelandRocks10
What's the other park they are ignoring besides Six Flags America?

KIBeast
I don't think necessarily that they are being ignored. The question is, do they have the attendance to justify a new attraction? When SFA just received something new in the last few years. Just because it's not a coaster or thrill ride, doesn't mean it does not count. thomas
SFKK has really one good ride and that is chang. And it was installed in 99 i believe. Greased lighting was a transplant and before that was twisted sisters/twins. I'm in lexington and I would rather drive to kings mill over louisville anyday. XGatorHead 8904
"The company is adding a new Evel Knievel wooden coaster at its St. Louis park." Wow, an Evel Knievel coaster?!?!? Did I wake up in 1976 this morning?

Well the last ride added to the ride side of the park was penquin's blizzard river in 2003 & then two years later two slides were added as part of the hurricane harbor makeover but since then nothing has been done to the park other than the removal of four rides with nothing to replace them. The Interpreter
Perhaps the parks not receiving investments this coming year are either doing peachy-keen without them....or perhaps there is another reason. Stay tuned.
neo8820
I can't wait to hear their earning call on 11/9.
The Interpreter
Based on recent stock price movement (mostly sideways and down), I wouldn't hold my breath anticipating stupendously wonderful news. I've been wrong before, but I don't see pleasant surprises coming THIS year. Next year? Sure. Assuming there is no takeover before then, which may or may not be the case.
