Last friday I say a park police officer take four people into the patrol car at boomerang bay during the rain storm. Anyone have any idea what happened?

Has anyone noticed the new park police guys in the black shirts? I see them in the park sometimes, anyone know or talked to these guys? Are they real cops or what?
