Coasters and Coasters

Hey, When I recently visited Kings Island this summer I rode Invertigo in the back row. When I was taking my seat I noticed that the bumper of the train had the number 2 on it. This normally indicates that it is the second train but it being on a shuttle coaster confused me. Does anyone have any ideas why this is? Thanks
