It IS possible to add lapbars to Vortex. Remember the rehab of Steel Phantom? Same trains, new fiberglass. Yes the old Arrow looper trains were re-used and fitted with lap bars that folded to the side. It is quite unique really. I doubt the repairs at this juncture are needed however. Sit tight, the track gets re-guaged every year. Just imagine what would happen if it didn't... -Adam
