  1. Kings Island: Only bring your wallet and not your family. We just want your money.
  2. Board at Kings Island? It is what you make of it. Have you ever went to Water Works with your friends? Throw in Skee Ball, a couple of shows, french fries with vinegar, a couple of 3 point shots, people watching while sitting under the Eiffel Tower, a cold beer at the Festhaus, a quick walk through the shops on International Street, a ride up the Eiffel Tower..... There, that should take up an extra hour at the very least. Show them what else the park has to offer.
  3. I have stayed at the Kings Island Resort several times over the years and have had good luck. However, you may want to see what others are saying about it before you make a decision. Using AAA may save you 10% too. Using thee shuttle will save you the cost to park, and it runs every 15 minutes or so. Plus using the shuttle is very convenient if you want to go back to the room to take a rest or a swim in the afternoon. You can check out the resort reviews here: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g5...Mills_Ohio.html
  4. If anyone has visited the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Walt Disney World Resort you will know what a fun place it is to eat. It is like being in a drive-in theater. Sitting in the vintage convertable cars and watching clips of old sci-fi movies is a unique experience. The waiters and waitresses are on roller skates, and the setting is a 1950's drive-in. The rear of the theater has tables with unbrellas. The lights are low and it feels like you are in a drive-in during the evening under the stars. The menu items have names that sci-fi inspired. For example: Butcher Steak - with red wine glaze with seasonal vegetables and a potato, Marsha's Martian - chocolate and vanilla shakes mixed with Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua, and Orbiting Oreos - Oreo shake mixed with Godiva chocolate liqueur. Sounds interesting, does it not? For those of you who did not grow up going to drive-in theaters during "car load" night (usually on Sunday nights) this is about as close as you will come to the actual experience. Would not an attraction similiar to this be an addition to throw around during a brainstorming session? It could actually make you FEEL as if you are getting your money's worth.
  5. Also, do you remember listening to the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever being played over, and over again while waiting in the que?
  6. These songs bring back memories of some of the characters. Remember these? http://www.toontracker.com/bsplits/bsplitsra.htm
