You love that phantom theater don't you? I will be doing school and work, and working on my website.

That airtime on Congo scares the crap out of me every time. I'd hate to see it go. Do you think they would move it to the water park and retheme it to something Aussie? That would be aussome!

Arrow costers are *****IN! They probably won't take anything out for a while. If they do add the Spongebob Boating Course, it would probably take the place of a few of the small Kiddie Rides in HB/NC. And if we get another large coaster, I would expect it behind The Racer, next to Flight of Fear. It would be pointless to tear out Top Gun to build anything - it's such a small footprint, and the only thing thats going back there is that new Lodge.

Delirium, Drop Zone and Tomb Raider are exempt from removal for a long time!

I've lived in Florida, Ohio, Utah and Montana. I know hot and I know cold! It wasn't that cold! You want cold - Bozeman High School has a swim center that is attached by a hallway to the building the gym is in. After PE class one day, as I was hustling through the hallway connecting the two buildings, in my swimming trunks, and some douchebag opened a door to the outside in the hallway, so 10 degree air was rushing in. Then one of my friends and I were wrestling and I got thrown into a snow drift! So not only am I wet from swimming, but I am just wearing my swimming trunks, and now I'm in a snow drift. THAT WAS COLD. The other day at PKI was brisk, but it wasn't cold! Or as they would say on Monte Python - "I've had worse!" But to stay on topic; I asked the question - "When the HB license expires, will NC just absorb HB? ", to which this very important park official replied - "Most Likely." Straight from the horses mouth!

I never thought about the capacity aspect of it. Both the Flyers and the Tiques were low capacity. So I guess they were expendable. I think we will get something Star Trekish eventually. Probably not for five years or so though.

Was he a fat kid wearing a blue shirt and black shorts? That would have been me. And on top of wearing shorts and a t-shirt, I was soaking wet from our little adventure in the wild thornberries. And I still didn't think it was that cold!

It wasn't that cold! :cowboy:

Top Gun is *****IN! Steel coasters don't last forever. They have to be torn out or retracked eventually. I don't think PKI is going to tear down any of their roller coasters any time soon. You can expect Vortex to come down before Top Gun. And Vortex isn't going anywhere for a long time. I had some question as to the wear on them. But Cedar Point still has their Corkscrew, and Silverwood Theme Park (Cour d' Alene Idaho) recently acquired the Corkscrew from Knotts Berry Farm - the first coaster with an inversion. It is an Arrow coaster, and its at least 35 years old. Its still operating!

Well I know my source is the same as italianchefs.

I don't think they will renew their contract with Hanna Barbera. A high ranking park official told me, and the good Reverend, that the person who actually approved that contract was fired for doing so. But it won't be a big deal. The rides will most likely stay the same, and will simply be changed to Nick names.

Oh, yeah. Theres plenty of hats and stuff in it. I just this was a lot more funny than a hat. It would be really funny if there were a pair of dentures in the tree!

I saw this on Saturday, and I thought it was kind of funny. Did anybody else see this? I think its one of those hair ties with the fake hair girls wear to make their hair look poofyer when they pull it up in a bun. But my grandma is certain that it is a Toupee that somebody lost while riding Duhlee. Enjoy!

I think the parking garage is going to be (if you are in the tower and looking down upon it) in the lower right corner. Jeff said its basically going to go back and forth, starting in the upper right corner (by the rivertown bathroom), launching toward the tower, the turn around and go back toward where the flyers used to be, then turn around and come back toward the tower, then back toward The Vortex batwing, then back toward the tower then finish up going toward the Preston T Tuckers cafe. Kind of like a zig zag. But the parking garage will be in the corner, next to the clock, toward the tower.

You're and ED major Diana? What grade band? I am at UC Clermont studying Secondary Education, and Ill have to transfer to NKU to finish my degree. I hope to teach math or science. ZosoBeast, are we going to have to start calling you Reverend Bill? Dont worry, I checked out that site too!

Are you a pilot Jeff? Well make sure to post your pictures so we can see!

Just don't ever ride WWC with jeans and boxers, then ride Delirium!

Does anybody know the story behind Vortex? I know it has something to with a big robot that gets a hold of you and twists you and turns you and throws you around. But I guess it doesn't need a story since it came before Paramount acquired the park.
-
Oh, Yeah. I'd do it again tomorrow!

Charles, you are leaving the Bobsled Team! I'm shocked! Every Bobsled team needs a Chef and a Chaplain, and you kind of hit both birds with one stone! j/k But you have to admit - it was pretty darn funny.

I know, I kind of over-reacted. But a while ago, the very subject was being discussed on PKIU. And I have my opinions on it. It makes sense that they would collaborate on it a bit. If they are getting a Giant Frisbee (or even a Gyro Swing), they could benefit from learning how PKI runs Delirium. I just hope they give it a good name, and don't just call it GYRO SWING or something stupid like that (their Troika is called Troika).

My funniest moment: Tryouts for the 2005 PKIC Bobsled Team, for which I made captain, in Wild Thornberries Log Flume!

PKI is Paramount Parks flagship park.
