  1. I didn't know being a supervisor at one ride, made you have so much insight into what will be open and what woln't.
  2. Actually, when I went a year ago, every ride was open that they said it would be, then some! Please, KI delivers on this topic at least..
  3. Then we are getting somewhere...Although I just hope they actually respond to you
  4. hink for BLSC the speakers were torn out... But I love your ideas!
  5. So the problem here is all talk. No one has actually contacted Don or someone else about doing this. We all sit behind our computers and wait for another person to do something about it. This is how WWII started...that and appeasment Sorry, AP US History test tommrow..I am scared lol
  6. Oh yes, I heard that before. Hmm, then why is it so hard to play it on International Street?
  7. haha, very true. How they get away with it I am not sure.
  8. I still miss the theme of Indiana Jones playing and all the others...aww sad days on International street....
  9. well Mr. Terpy you just took my post and killed it...Ok, fine, go back a few years with the "epic" music playing that actually fit Interantional Street, and then plug in the rest of my post... sigh.
  10. Hmm, I thought that if anything, since they tried to return nostalgia they would, oh I don't know actually have it race?
  11. I think the the pavors will add some new charm to the area...idk how to explain it, but think of it, the music, the cool mist of the fountins, the sounds of guests lauging, the smell of Skyline, the Eiffel in the distance, and then the warm glow of the redish/pink pavors on the ground! Ah, lovely!
  12. Yea, and it's stuck with a night time view lol
  13. The show "takes place" in OHio, she was at a benifit, save the rain forest. I posted it on facebook, "Hey, she said Kings Island
  14. he says thrill ride is The Beast...I thought that was a rollercoaster...? I might be reading it wrong or something...worng context per'paps!? (Yes, I meant per'paps)
  15. It worked back in 1972, the question posed is if it was 2010, and a new park called Kings Island was opening with the same type atractions it did back in the day, would it survive. You said it would make it a destination, and not something for everyday, thus it wouldn't thrive. I think that no matter what it would have to grow into some kinda form it is today...
  16. Well, I suppose it would be a challange, nothing impossible, but hard to keep guests coming back. I mean, you go once; eat at a nice place, explore some of the pathways...ride a ride, go home...after what a month wouldn't that get old?
  17. TERPY!!!! You are back! Yea, I relize it may have been a little rude. But as long as Don didn't get to offended I don't see the harm...
  18. I actually don't think its arogant. I was kinda wondering the same thing. I am very glad they even do this, (So don't pull that "Well at least they do this kinda thing" crap ). I would be the first one that screams and supports the park for stuff like this...
  19. Another thing, the name. (Idk if it should really go here, but you know...) I hated that name before, but right now, it grew on me. I don't mind the name, I kinda like it.
  20. Well may I just say, if it was open, I would ride it. Why? Well because I love SOB, its a nice, somewhat crazy ride. And being a Ride Warrior I ride on, no matter what , but really I ride it because I like it. I operate on the principle that no matter what, you are in more danger of dying on the way to the park, or even walking up to the front gates, than you are riding the rides... Cobra, Jus' sayin.
  21. uhg. I love that ending. It wasn't scary, it was just cool to have them "jumping" at you. I also liked the screeching as well.... Cobra, not ammused.
  22. yes, you and about every other person on this thread. From the begining, eh most likely. idk what I was trying to say...
