  1. Terp has never lead us astray in the past. So Millennium Force is B&M?
  2. I had already accepted a job at Michigan's Adventure by the time Busch Gardens called because I thought they forgot about me. It does suck waiting.
  3. If it makes you feel any better, my friends and I have been waiting three and a half weeks to hear from Busch Gardens. Last year they told me it would be two weeks until I heard back from them. It was a month and a half later when I finally got the call...
  4. I don't think it gets said enough how ugly the Luminosity stage is. The stage and the bleachers combine to make one of the ugliest areas in the park. Just awful.
  5. "Heading to the park early today." Tweeted by Mr. Helbig. Time stamp? 3:29 A.M. https://twitter.com/DonHelbig/status/437504381705916416
  6. Maybe they took Marketing classes with Kentucky Kingdom's department.
  7. I remember some for Diamondback's construction. I wasn't here before that time. Hopefully they put in nice pavers and we won't have to argue if it is cement or concrete.
  8. For your dad, Busch Gardens would probably be the best. The B&Ms have big boy seats, Lochness Monster is arrow, and the rest of the rides are pretty easy to fit in. Kings Dominion's only draw to me is I305. The rest is just meh.
  9. Tennessee has some pretty sweet looking equipment. They and Texas A&M are some of adidas' best work.
  10. The site looks normal to me now. I've been having some trouble with Firefox recently, so I reset it and now it is back to normal. Youtube videos haven't been playing and anytime I was on Twitter it said something about a long running script and would freeze, but now everything works. The front page looks great.
  11. I don't know how to link to Kings Island's tweets from the iPad, but they just tweeted the new food options for Action Zone. Chicken tenders, wraps, and wings.
  12. Reminds me of Sochi's mascot. http://deadspin.com/heres-everything-else-nbc-edited-out-of-the-opening-ce-1518875818
  13. I know Griffon can't operate under 40 degrees.
  14. If I remember correctly, RideMan over at Pointbuzz said that most coaster chains are made in Sandusky. I could be totally off, though.
  15. Yes, All Wheels Extreme would work in the theatre. Some modifications would have to be made, obviously, but the stage setup and ramps could fit. I'd like to see a stunt show.
  16. Valleyed at the end of Wildebeest and had to crawl the rest of the way out. I've also walked down Mantis, which made me happy because I didn't have to ride it.
  17. How dare you bring bags into the park?! Don't you know if it can't fit in your pocket you shouldn't bring it in?! (Just so you know, I'm be facetious)
  18. I've always wondered how the $20+ Million is spread out. How much of that goes to B&M? To ADENA? To the steel manufacturing plant? To shipping? To the design firm of the station, etc...? Always thought it would be cool to see that layed out on a piechart.
  19. This is what I get: Is this right? I feel like there is something missing...?
