Got my email!

Anyone gotten an email about the final details for the event? Last email I got was about a wavier and being 52+ins tall.

2009 was different CF management, now we see a bright new era. They are already doing a small little tribute to DB and The Beast this year with their hot sauces. Sure this could be side stepped or overlooked but I personally feel a little more might be done for The Beast this year. The park has invested LOTS of money into several different things throughout the park, this year (with most of focus being Action Zone of course), why not toss a little money towards The Beast, to give it maybe something special! Maybe something as small as repainting The Beast paw prints in the cement, up to having large amounts of changes to station/line queue and or fair amount of wood replaced on the ride. Heck, maybe a new entrance sign for the ride! I feel The Beast will get more loving now, than it did in 2009.

I still can't believe The Beast is 35 years old! It is still one of my favorite roller coasters of all time! Gives one of the best/ most memorable rides, a coaster can give! Will their be special, anniversary T-shirts this year, for The Beast?

I had a mistake I made not to long ago on KIC, and 2 different KIC members helped address the issue. Why is this going on this thread exactly? Well because these two members are some that I might not see eye to eye with, or always agree on things with them (and vise versa), but they still went out of their way to help me, which they don't know anything more about me than i'm Sonofbeast2.0! What am I saying exactly? Well KIC is like a family! We have are up's and down's, but at the end of the day, all we like to do is help one another! I've seen other websites with discussion boards having many being put down and very little mod/admin control being put to use on their! Sometimes their the one's putting people down! Instead of that, I got two fairly nice, but firm, written messages in my inbox (one from each member) and they helped me out a great deal because of this! This right here is enough to love the site! One last final note, thank you again to those two members, for helping me out! And all of KIC for being supportive (in most cases) to one another!

A suit and tie?

I didn't see anyone else post this yet (which id be really surprised if no one hasn't!) but the park is now equipped with a new ticketing system! Kings Island's offical Twitter page Also note the new overhead TV's/monitors! Side note: I really love the attention the park is getting this year! Who knows if their will be even more surprises in store!?

2 things worth noting, 1. The second image looks quite a bit more vivid and that might be why the "disc" looks more orange like, none the less the bottom of the supports have been painted different for sure. 2. It makes me feel so excited to see a ride testing! Drop Tower is on the rise! (second picture)

What are the free t-shirts that will be given during the Scream for A Kid Again event look like?

This is a thread on whats the max you would wait to ride Banshee the first time. I would max out around 4hrs of waiting in line for Banshee. First ride would be during Scream for A Kid Again, which would also make my first ride at night on Banshee. I will try and take some pictures! (not on the ride of course)

You know, a amusement/themepark wedding is something I've always wanted and I think the idea is cool, but I feel the price is high for what you get at CP. Please note: I don't know much about marriage expenses or anything but this sounds high for what little you get...

Banshee will have a row with jolly sized restraints!? That's news to me! And good news! Not for me, but one of my family members.

Been having a hard time getting my going, first day it was up I got some money but none since. Makes me feel good that I can help someone have fun with the money I have raised.

I have suffered from a rather weird issue... yesterday I got a notification that someone wanted me to add them, as a friend so I did so, but after that I seen that I had 5 or 6 other people that wanted me to add them as friends as well. The issue is for the other 5 to 6 people/members, I never received a notification. Would be worth noting that I haven't changed any settings in the notification department in like the past month maybe two, and I had friend request that were a month or newer. Hope this makes sense.

They took the seat belts of FD (now The Bat) last year, to put on DB! Just me trying to lighten the mood. But my opinion on the matter is I would think seat belts would take away from DB's experience but increasing safety.

I got an email from Tori Hughes, saying thank you for setting up a fundraiser page and what not for A Kid Again. Well down it the bottom of the email it says: "Oops! It looks like you have not signed your waiver yet. Please visit your fundraising page by April 13th at midnight to complete any missing fields so we can ensure you are good to go on the 17th!" So I logged into my fundraiser and couldn't find no wavier or anything that was incomplete, I was wondering if I could get some help/insight on this?

I'm kind of excited for this forthcoming update! Just hope it don't get rid of any features and or adds new ones! Be kind of nice to see if the overall look of the forums get an upgrade. (before anyone starts their pitchforks and torches, I like the way the site looks, just I like change for the most part as long as it doesn't undo anything, unless it's undoing something bad.)

I might be going to HHN Orlando this year, but that is unknown at this time... I think the biggest impact will be what kind of houses they have this year. They need to use their own movies as houses, drop the Walking Dead stuff (I love Walking Dead, just it's not that scary for me.) and in conjunction with using their own movies, use some stuff they make up themselves. The only thing I would like to see them do that isn't their own thing, would be The Last of Us haunted house. Last year was good, but still below my expectations of Universal's previous Halloween events.

Is this update supposed to fixing the liking issue? (Can like it but as soon as you reload/visit the page again can't unlike)

Lets atleast hope for that temperature or up to like 75 would be great!

If we follow CP trend maybe next year we will see some cheaper attraction(s) being put in too. Maybe something is planned for Action Theater for next year. Side note: Has the park ever ran a Christmas/Halloween season only show in AT? If so what was it (or they if multiple)?
