I may be stepping out of line here, but don't you agree that if wardrobe is a problem then a rides area manager should be contacted. An area manager has more authourity than anyone on this board including security. I don't think a manager would tolerate it, and associates will listen to them.
By the way, has security been enforcing this since day one or have you just started saying stuff. It sounds like you've just recently started correcting employees, and that can result in big problems. So let the managers take care of it, and step back. It's more their job than yours.
