I've never understood the need for secrecy with a ride that is down.

Is there any places to get discount tickets for Holiday World or is the price I see on their page the only one?

My parents were very relaxed with letting me do things growing up. As long as they knew where I was and when I'd be back they didn't care. They are fortunate I wasn't a trouble maker and I am fortunate that they were so relaxed. My leash was long.

If I had the meal plan I'd probably give it a go every no and then however since I do not have it I will not be buying during the season. I'll stick with Potato Works. Also I can get Potato Works for 8 bucks and share it with my wife without ridicule since I don't get the meal plans.

No chicken strip meal with fries is worth 14-16 bucks to me.

If it's thay big of an issue as a medical reason couldn't that person go to the exit and wait there instead of waiting through the line?

I rode that thing before all of the stupid HP changes and before some idiot decided to throw stuff at the other train. The highlight was definitely coming at each other just to pull up at the last second. Fun ride. Was walk on but I haven't been since the changes nor do I have any desire.

When I rode stuff with my 4 (soon to be 5) year old niece I made sure as we were slowing down to remind her every time to pay attention to what was being said and going on around her. I also made sure she knew she wasn't allowed to try and get up until we were told to do so at a complete stop.

I believe the 14th will meet you with large crowds should you choose that day. It's Western and Southerns picnic day as well as another company I believe.

There are enough of those within 6 hours of here for my liking.

I've been wanting to go to Kings Dominion really bad ever since I305. We tried to work it into the plans for this season but its not going to happen.

Also known as the day of massive crowds. We did this for father's day one year. It rained and yet everything was still and incredibly long wait.

I thoroughly enjoyed Mystery Mine at Dollywood. I saw a lot of complaints about it but I thought it was very fun.

Its funny you should mention that. The year TTD opened I had a 4 day stay at the park in June. It was down all four days. I got back up there the next year and rode it and thought it was worth the wait.

Intamin is easily forgiven because they are willing to make intense rides instead of cookie cutter rides. Like I said as a guest paying to go to a park I don't mind dealing with downtime issues if that means the ride delivering an intense thrill. It may be a headache to the park but from my end I'm fine with it.

I hate all of the Peanuts stuff as it is. I'd rather not have another ride with them being used.

The defeatist attitude is what causes this type of activity to happen. If you don't have the courage to say "hey, that's not acceptable here" then discreetly inform one of the ride attendants.

I'm willing to wait through Intamin working out the bugs and having downtime on these rides for the thrill they produce. People complain all the time about Intamin yet there's constantly long lines for all of the big Intamins.

My brother-in-law and his family got gold passes on Sunday and were given the actual card.
