^Yeah, Hotel Breakers is great. It's a two minute walk from the back gate where Magnum XL200 and challenge park is. They have a TGI Friday's in the tower section.

Beast goes 60mph as does FOF. Son of Beast goes 78mph and Vortex goes 55mph.

Some of the tamer coasters are Adventure Express, Scooby's Ghoster Coaster, Rugrats Runaway Reptar. The next level would be Top Gun,Racer, and Italian Job:Stunt Track. Then, it's the big boys...The Beast, Son of Beast, Flight of Fear,Vortex, and Face/Off. Combat, you dirty dawg! I think you know what I'm talking about.

Sounds like it's the only record they'll beat other than most tunnels. 2006 will just have to be the year I visit Holiday World. Sounds like an awesome coaster. And yeah, they are installing other rides, but I guarantee kids and parents of all ages (within height restrictions)will ride the new coaster. See, you don't have to go the wussy, slow speed way of building coasters.

Hmmmmm. A two minute (or less) video of a coaster for $10-$12 doesn't sound like a deal to me. I would rather have a POV video of all the coasters at PKI like the coasters of Cedar Point DVD.

You may want to call the park and ask guest relations. I'm not sure if there's any kind of official announced date.

"We also never found a ride with "Witch" in it... I kepted seeing the name, but never found the ride." What you were looking for was the Witches Wheel, which is an enterprise type of ride. I rode it once and it was good. You did miss a good ride in Chaos, I have had lots of fun riding that one.

I'd rather buy a video like the coasters of Cedar Point video, except PKI style. If on-ride photos are $10.00 and up, I can imagine that a vid will be even more.

They are talking about just dropping Paramount from the name, which is fine with me. I have never called it Paramount's King's Island and if they re-name it CBS's King's Island or MTV's King's Island (another suggestion made in the survey), I'll still just call it King's Island.

I always start at the back of the park as most people head straight for Action Zone.

I think that they should focus on putting in a hotel that is near the entrance gates, so that it becomes a resort destination. And no, Great Wolf Lodge doesn't count because PKI will not own it. And the prices are a bit steep.

Holiday World will not beat Son of Beast's records. I believe that Six Flags Great Adventure will be the one going for that next year with the Intamin plug-n-play woodie. To me, since HW's is going to be a hybrid, then it can't take away The Beast's record.
