Cedar Point 10/6

Featured Replies

We went up to Cedar Point last saturday. We left South bend around 12:30 after walking 1/2 a mile through the parking lot, making a couple of stops along the way we finally made it in. We were in line for the raptor at 5pm. It was a fun trip, but we only were able to go on 4 rides, and the 4th was only because we were able to sneak a ride onto the Skyhawk at closing. Each ride was like a 1 hour and 45 minute wait to 2 hours. We went on Raptor, Dragster and then Maverick in that order. Did anyone else go and experience the same thing?

I'm going to Kings Island next Friday and Saturday 19/20th. What kind of wait times can I expect? I've gone to fear fest for like the last 3 or 4 years and the wait for the rides was never that bad. Waiting in line to go in the haunted attractions is a completely different story though.

HH at Kings Island isn't usually anywhere near as crowded imo as Halloweekends at CP. In recent years that has been crazy with crowds, probably their busiest time all year. Last year on one day they were actually parking on the causeway it was so crowded, and this year I had to wait in line for the corkscrew for over an hour, yikes!!! thats like waiting over an hour to ride Adventure Express. It is always walk on. I don't expect it will be that bad when you come to KI especially if you go on Friday or Sunday.
