Hello everyone! A couple months ago,i found a video on youtube with the phantom theater characters out and running, and on dafe i compared pictures of the characters and the furnace guy (the larger one)has not been in good shape.

Just look for yourself! http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=AglEuumvF9k On the youtube vid stop it exactly on 2:48.

Now go on DAFE http://www.dafe.org/attractions/darkrides/...l/pharewell.php and go find the pics of the two furnace men.

This makes me sad.even though they at leat kept them, they could keep them in good shape. The large guy lost his eyes got his teeth pulled up,and looks just funky.

At least they were being used for something instead of being tossed in the trash.

yes, very true.If they threw them in the trash I would have Dumpster dived and got one of the figures!

I really do miss Phantom Theater and wish it would make a come-back. I'm thinking to write a fiction story based on it after life calms down. O'm only a temp and hoping to go full-time.

Best regards,

Italian Chef

Yeah, Chef and I have been strong supporters of Phantom Theater's comeback for a long time now. It has been a nice treat to see the characters/cars at the previous Halloween fests. I think this year will probably actually be the year that I turn my audio from the ride into a downloadable MP3s and make it available. I still have my recordings, I just need to sit down and try to get everything organized. I'm an A/V person now so I don't think it'll be too terribly difficult. I'll keep everyone up to date on that progress.
