Is BLSC LIM?And in this pic why does it look like the train is testing with the station track not their?

Yes BLST or what ever it's called, is a LIM coaster.

The track is there, its just kinda hard to see because its in the shadow and the track is that dark gray/black color.

EDIT: just look to the back right of the station, or do you mean inside the station...

As for your question about the ride running 'without track in the station'....What you are looking at is actually the transfer track. The transfer track is simply a section of track, separate from the actual course of the ride, where trains that aren't currently being used are placed. There is an area, or block, just before the unload station, that is able to be moved from the ride course over to the transfer track to be stored.

I thought the same exact thing when i first saw it and then i looked below the transfer track and saw the actual track. If it is just testing then why is there people in line?

The ride isn't testing in that picture. You can see people in the train.
