I'll be bringing my family down tomorrow and will be staying at the GWL tomorrow and Monday night. Because of the weather forecast, I am thinking that we may have to go to KI on Tuesday instead of the planned day of Monday.

In the event that it happens, can anyone recommend a cheap hotel for Tuesday night? (not worried about anything but a bed to sleep in after going to the park. If it is up to an hour north of the park, that also will be fine)

As you're driving north on 75, right around the sharonville area, there is a travelodge right on the highway that has rooms starting for $39 night. I don't know anything about the place, but the hotel next to it runs about 65 a night. I stayed in a travelodge years ago-if you don't want frills, it's good enough to sleep.
