"Psychological damage"? Try "Get-rich-quick scheme". It may have been that they were stuck up there for two days, but I don't think that their life was ever threatened if they just did what was smart.

Sure, if they were jumping around and going out of control (Possibly throwing things at the lawy..I mean, the baboons) then they may have fallen and gotten hurt. But if they did the smart thing and just sat down and waited then they were perfectly safe.

If they actually win this lawsuit and get $10 million then all my faith in our justice system (Which isn't alot to begin with) will be lost. I saw a movie once with a quote that explains the justice system perfectly. But it may be offensive to some people so I'll refrain from posting it.
