The Image is to blurry I can't tell if it's on the ground or in the air.

Delerium looks like it's in the air. The shadow doesn't lie. The ring you see is the lowered floors. It looks like white concrete down there, not colorful Delerium seats.

The only other possibility (though I don't think it's the case), is that this is where the 2 images from 2 passes or photos were meshed; the shadow in one, the ride/car in another.

It seems to be on the ground, but the picture is too blurry for me to be sure.
