Darrel Anderson, a director of amusement park operator Cedar Fair LP (FUN), on Wednesday reported the sale of $53,130 in company stock after a margin call.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, 6,900 of Anderson's shares were sold for $7.70 each, leaving him with 83,190 remaining shares.

Shares of the Sandusky, Ohio, company closed Wednesday at $7.84, down 13 cents.
