Hello, I have a couple of questions about the Past rides at PKI.

The Bayern Kurve that opened in 1973, does that ride still operate?

The "Flying Dutchman" is that known as the Zierer Flying Carpet?

    The Bayern Curve is no longer in the park, it was located in the Oktoberfest area in the spot where Festhaus now sits. I'm assuming it was taken out in order to put Festhaus in. Though it may have been a year or so apart.

    No, the Flying Dutchman was not known as Zierer Flying Carpet....The Flying Dutchman was what I called as a kid "the wooden shoes"....it was in a way similar to the Flying Eagles except you didn't have any control over the motion, it just spun in a circle
