My mom bought a gold pass online on the 31st b4 midnight and I have printed two copies of both the order email and the etickets when she goes to process which will probably be this weekend what does she take with her??. I worked in processing today and know that they can do order lookup but don't know HOW it's done???.

Just the papers you printed out. That should be enough. If you renewed bring your old pass.

I got a Gold Pass too, and i was a little confused as well. So, I called and they told me to bring in the printed reciept and the voucher they would be sending through the mail. But if you're renewing then idk. Hope i helped
