The weather where PKD is located is usually warmer ealier than it is here in Ohio. Usually in Ohio in March it can be snowing one min and sunny and 70 another. The weather in Virgina is usually warmer do to its location.

Its a weather thing. You have a better chance of warmer weather in Ohio in April than in March. The park has opened in late March before.
