An intresting but sad piece, knowing it's no longer operating. A fun little coaster it was too.

I have read where some people didn't like this coaster. I thought it was a fun little ride.

My problem is, I rode The Beast when I was around 12 years old, and I judge (unfairly) all wooden coasters to this. It is very hard to live up to the standard of a wooden giant, that resides in the woods of Ohio. I am now 44 and I try to take each wooden coaster for what it is, not for what it is not(The Beast) I just get into riding a good coaster, and it seems over way too fast. Grizzly at Kings Dominion, was pretty good, but didn't seem long enough for me. Yet again, I have The Beast to blame. I finally made to Holiday World, this past June, and I have to say, The Voyage is one of the best woodies out there. It doesn't let up the entire time. I rode if in the front, back, and the middle of the train, awesome wherever I sat. Hope the Timberliner trains come soon, and make the ride experience even better.
