TraderJake
My best memories of PKI have to be of when I worked there. I made so many friends, learned so many things, and experienced things that no 16 or 17 year old should ever experience. The Merchandise olympics were pretty memorable too, but then they would be if you were robbed twice for best opening ceremonies performance. Alas, at least I made people laugh with my store's performance, and when I dressed up as MJ last year the staffing manager had no idea who I was, and when someone finally told her she yelled, "OH MY GOD, THAT'S DAVID?!" (purposefully meant to be in caps) I found that to be memorable.

moore
My favorite memory was my first ride on The Beast. I was so scared that I closed my eyes on the lift hill. Another good memory was seeing my parents' faces when they saw Drop Zone, then their faces when they saw me get on it. lol Good Times
Enchanted Voyager
Mine would have to be three things. The first was the tiny hill at the end of The Smurfs Enchanted Voyage. Second would be waiting in line on opening day of Phantom Theater when I was little. The Maestro scared the living f*%$ out of me. Third would be riding The Beast for the first time. It just went on and on forever when I first rode it, and I loved that.
EnterTheVortex
Getting stuck on AE at the climax of the ride. The music turned off and you could just hear the stone soldiers arms creaking. Also, the people shouting foul language in the tunnel.

Thrill_Biscuit
when I was a kid, my grandparents would pack up me, my brother and sister, and cousins and drive six hours from Detroit to KI (then PKI) for three days. It's hard to pick out the best memory because as I look back I realize how precious every single one of those years were. . . . man, even though I'm up in Detroit, there are times I feel that PKI is my second home. ^What a coincidence! I was born in Mason, went to KI in '72 (yeah, I'm old), then moved to Detroit (well, Canton TWP) in '73, and loved the heck out of our 6 hour drive down here to visit our aunts and cousins in the 70's. My fave trip was in '77, where I rode the Slide over and over for 6 hours with my cousins! I can still hear "Sir Duke" by Stevie Wonder blaring over some loud speakers that were on the walk-up deck of the Eiffel Tower. (Everytime I hear that song, I'm back at old KI, running for the big Slide). Then I'd go back up to the 313 and brag to everybody about it! johnclark1102
From my first visit almost 2 years ago, i definately have to say my favorite memory was the railroad. I went to Carrowinds a few times and was alwasy disappointed. I was havign a great day at KI and as i was getting off of Tomb Raider, i happend to catch the foudn sound of what i thoguht was a steam whistle in the background of the park noise. (for those who dont know yes, a steam whistle does have a very disticnt sounds, expecially since i work on steam locomotives....i know that sound when i hear it lol) So i saw the station right by Tomb Raider, and thought to myself...."self....no way....they cant have a steam enigne here.....even my home work and place of employment, Six Flags over Georiga abandonned their steam trians after 35 years...." but i went to wiat anywya and was much elated when i saw the beautiful blue number 12 come pulling into the station. its ncie to see such emmaculate steam enignes sitll in use. Especially at a park that i enjoy visiting as much as PKI. I have been to the park severla times since then, and since im new to PKIcentral, i just wanted to let eveyrone know that I am currently an employee at PKI So im sure i will be seeing eveyrone all summer!!!!!
