First off maybe the "larger guests" should go on a diet so they can fit properly into the cars. If they are that much over weight it probably is not safe for them to be riding in the first place.

Yes but this is America, the fattest country on earth, and its not just overweight people, its tall people as well. The beauty of Vortex is that it safely fits everyone.

It was a tangent that crossed over to Vortex having lap bars instead of over the top restraints.

I doubt they would take out The Vortex in 2007, when it'll be celebrating it's 20th anniversary. The ride is still fun, still runs good...why take it out?

I don't think these people know about sinking with roller coasters. They are just hearing rumors that are not even true about The Vortex.
