Jason378
Friday, July 28th: Had a great time. The weather looke dlike it was going to be soggy all day, but we didn't get one drop of rain. That fear of rain, I suspect, is what kept many people away from the park on Friday. We did not wait more than 20 minutes for any ride. That 20 minutes even was very rare. Changes to the Park since last year: I must say that I thought the park was cleaner than in years past. Litter, etc. was very minimal...due in part I'm sure to the low attendance, but also to increased patrols. I rode almost every ride, love the new Avatar ride, very fun ride...not thrill-tastic, but fun. Great for kids and adults. The train...so what's up with the steam train anymore? I don't see how in the world that park justifies the expense of the train upkeep with it's purpose. Do you need an expensive, beautiful train to shuttle wet, sweaty, overstuffed into swimsuits people to the water park? I don't think so. If you want to go to the waterpark...go, but don;t interrupt my ride park experience with your public pool outing day. Love King's Island!!!! Will be back for sure! Reclaimer
I really don't see your reasoning behind griping about the people that ride the train unless they are being rude and disruptive. It's a train...they are meant to transport people and things.
