Animal Safari Monorail

Featured Replies

Allright So I was out with pkitrumpet to Jungle Jims and I was really fascinated by the monorail that was out there as I knew it came from KI. As we drove around Jungle Jims we stopped by what appeared to be the station for the monorail. Was this the original station for the monorail from ki and does anybody know when Jungle Jims will finally get around to making the monorial functional again.

As an interesting side note we found some bumper cars with coney islands name on them that had been turned into bases for the shelves for the isles.

Well I called them bout a year ago and asked them and they said it was unknown and I heard that they were trying to get a permit for the electricity they would need

Hay nice picture of the park map, I don't know ether when its going to open up at Jungle Jims.

While at Jungle Jims with gamesguy08 we noticed possible new supports for the monorail. does anyone have any ideas or details on this?

I remember hearing it will be operational in 2008, but I cannot recall where I've heard this, so don't hold me to that.

On the site's construction news page, it says, "Construction is underway on the monorail landing, directly above the Starbucks...so Foodies keep your eyes peeled!"

The page I found this on is located here: http://www.junglejims.com/index.cfm?fuseac...25660E4B8A283EF

In case it doesn't work, on the left, click on Attractions, select Tram in the drop down, and then click on the "here." text below the picture.
