I know it got stuck on the MCBR during Coasterstock 2019 on the 2nd day in the morning right before the Train tour. Some unlucky few missed it.
It was stopped there intentionally

Perfectly fine on Verizon in general, signal can be problematic while inside the Flight of Fear building (and in the past, the TRTR/Crypt building).
They don't have cell service in space.

Thanks. I had forgotten how much more was in that. I loved that in the original the ship (and even the room) interacted much more with the video. Anyone remember the “groping blackouts” and the cut to live cams showing the actual people in line? Good fun!
It still shows the live camera on some of the TVs under the saucer for part of the show.

Exactly what I'm saying.
Also, has anyone seen the turnaround into the loading station used as a block since FoF went to 2 trains?

Yes, it's still used. You can have a train loading in the station and a train right behind it around the corner in the waiting brakes.

Obviously the block between the station and first inversion can stop a train, but is it really considered a block? The train can't complete the course from full stop there.

The station/launch is considered one block, which is immediately followed by the first block of the ride (which continues through the midcourse). What you are talking about is not an issue because you can't launch the train until the midcourse brakes are clear.

Did the park map in the app look like this last year for the X-base portion of the park? I didnt think it did but I could be wrong
1The map used by the app has many errors if you look closely. Diamondback's layout is wrong and White Water Canyon apparently dumps you into a pond.

It’s at the very end of the 2018 accessibility guide, available on Kings Island’s website under the Guests with Disabilities.

Why can I not just wait by the line separator and go in the row my first 2 riders were in for the cycle after theirs. This makes so much more sense, does not slow load times, the line seperator does not forget, and everything is smooth for everyone. This system works great at every other coaster. Why is this an issue at MT?
The park has a Parent Swap Card for this purpose. It seems they are simply trying to follow the process that would be used for a parent swap, but without using the physical card. Mystic Timbers has a particularly narrow station and it can get quite congested if people aren’t continuously moving through.

Here's a little optimism for you. The park has recently updated the height and safety guide for the 2020 season, which includes the map at the end!
