I think this new coaster could be a B+M flying coaster. My second guess would be a hypercoaster from B+M. Maybe it could have a Phantom Theater theme!

I think PKI should build a copy of the Coney Island Shooting Star! This ride was spectacular according to what I have heard. I have ridden the Minebuster at PCW and that ride was based on the Shooting Star. It is my favorite coatser in the Paramount chain.
