  1. I've always thought keeping hands inside the car always applied more to putting them out to the side. I've seen ride ops call out people for that plenty of times, but never for putting hands up. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  2. There's a reason parks typically don't allow snapping on their flyers....they don't want to have to close the ride to fix it after every cycle. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  3. That's a pretty typical trait of a GCI. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  4. Ride The Beast without trims. It's honestly terrifying [emoji14] Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  5. Well considering Woodstock Express is a 4....I'd say a 5. But Prowler and Renegade are a 4. So 4 or 5 likely. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  6. Could the shed possibly be some kind of spinning tunnel? That would be pretty cool. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  7. Wodan has three trains. I'm not sure if there's any others that do. The majority of them run two. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  8. The coaster name is supposedly 2 words and different than expected...Don Helbig: The Ride Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  9. Where's TB to make a mock-up of this? That would be hilarious to see! Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  10. In all honesty it's quite smooth, provided you aren't on a wheel seat. But for a 37 year old woodie, very smooth!!!Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  11. I personally went to the city and took a look at them. Even posted my own pictures in this thread. This is something they will just bust out and show you? I find that kinda hard to believe to be honest. No offense!!! Any plans filed with the city are public record, meaning that the general public has the legal right to access and view them. Several people from here have been to city hall to obtain copies of the plans. That's just crazy to me. How is there any possible way there is no information about the Manuf. or any thing. Its just an outline or the coaster and that is it? Man, to be honest I hope this coaster looks better then what that is showing. ugh o wellThere is nothing really on those plans because that's essentially the bare minimum of what the city needs to know is being built. The park just says "oh hey we wanna build this, it'll look like this" and then it is submitted to the city for approval. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  12. I'd be extremely happy to have one of these. One of my favorite flats, and it would fit Rivertown extremely well!!! Maybe next year... And as far as I know(I could be wrong) Zamperla flats aren't too expensive. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  13. Dee Dee Dee!Beast Gal, how many times will you reuse that? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk She'll stop Thursday when our GCI is announcedSent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  14. Storm Chaser has been having a few problems....going through way too many sets of wheels Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  15. There's a first time for everything...plus wouldn't they have to test the trains going through an inversion, to confirm that they can, in fact, perform inversions? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  16. People had posted some videos from them a while back that were great. They seem to be fairly reputable, and they don't seem like the kind of people that would post something like that without feeling confident in it. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  17. In all the times I've ridden the train in past years, I never remember the spielers talking about the bear. But this year they have mentioned it every time. Has it been mentioned in the past, or just this year? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  18. There were some issues with Storm Chaser. Apparently it was put together with the wrong wheels on it. They kinda ruined the ride and the whole thing was vibrating like crazy, it got sluggish and killed the airtime. Because someone apparently didn't notice it had "temporary nylon wheels" on it. Which it isn't supposed to run with. Now it's running with the CORRECT wheels. It's running much faster and that horrible roaring sound is gone. As are all the vibrations. 19. Well... Phantom's Revenge is only 160' tall but has a 230' drop and is only 3200'. So why not? And Valravn is 223' tall and only 3415'. Anything is possible! And remember, it's 3200' without ANY elevation changes. It could be far greater than 3200' for all we know. Not saying this thing will break 200' or will not break it, but we just don't know! It is possible. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  20. The only thing that has me doubting it'll be family sized... a lot of the GP assumes Adventure Express is a wooden coaster(sadly) and The Racer could be considered a family sized coaster, not too big, not too small. I feel like much of the GP would just assume this is really no different than those. The Beast is completely different in that it is totally massive, but I really don't feel like the park would build something new that would just kind of "blend in" in a sense. KI builds their coasters to be unique and stand out. If this is a GCI, I really don't think it is going to be a "typical" GCI. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  21. Speaking of Terp, where has he been? Haven't seen any posts from him in a few days. Perhaps because those who know do not speak.... Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  22. Magic Mountain. (Sorry for double post, I suck at editing) Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  23. If it is GCI, it won't be by much. I just looked at all the coasters they have built and they never go above about 103 or so. Doesn't mean it couldn't be good, but I would prefer more of a monster first hill. Something in the 150 range would be awesome. Unless GCI changes their ways, I don't see that from them. See Viper. 160ft tall, 5,111 ft long.Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk Guess I overlooked that one. Thanks! That must be the exception to the rule though. Yeah, it's a new coaster. They seem to be getting a bit more experimental. With the recent popularity of RMC, I guess GCI has decided they need to step out of their comfort zone to stay competitive. 24. Apocalypse was built with that kind of wood. #teamGCI Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
