Looking at the video relative the weather, I think this was a couple days ago...

With the Rain, Snow, Hail, and thunder, there's probably not much happening today. Unless, it's inside The Shed!!!

Probably.. The other way to look at it is: Having those reference points will, possibly, add to the sense of speed...

I'm not sure it's been mentioned, but I've seen a number of concrete trucks over the last 3-4 days. Currently there's one near the station/queue area. That's where I've been seeing them. Likely pouring the pad for the queue, etc... http://pixelcaster.com/live/kingsisland/Diamondback.html

It can be exceedingly difficult to keep trees intact during a construction project. It looks like they've done a great job! Just wait until spring hits, things should fill in nicely. I really can't wait to see some test runs on the webcam...

Correct. That Is a new one on the ground...

They placed that last bent this morning. It seems they are starting to build another, on the ground, in the same spot. Man, it looks good. The first drop should be fantastic.

I know some have downplayed this addition to the park. I'm really looking forward to it. Have you seen the lean angle on that drop???!!! sweet!

According to the webcam, the guys are trying to make up time because of the rain this week. The "big bent" work continues!

Yep. I saw that. They worked on that thing for quite a while. I wonder what the issue was... Either way, they got a ton of work done....

The crane is by the end of the Drop and it looks like they're prepping for a bent. I bet we really start seeing a good portion of the drop this week...

There were a couple guys there around 630 this morning. Working by the headlights of the skidsteer. They were covering up some concrete and doing a bit of grading. In the Dark!

A concrete truck has arrived ! It seems to be heading over toward the beginning of the lift hill. Good work today.

The crew is onsite working. The weather couldn't be better. We should see some good progress this week.

Looking at the webcam, there about 3 guys working, currently. In addition, they are usually working before 8am. Pretty good day's work by 330. Stay on schedule , and we will all be rewarded.

Agreed. Without the lift hill for comparison, it's difficult to judge. Remember, it needs quite a bit of height to maintain headroom and still have some structure below the track.
