They just added another tweet of the now torn down Peach Basket.

As of right now Beast and Firehawk are still closed. Ride lines aren't overly bad.

Plus it would only need to be opened 20% of the time.

I could see them turning the Killmart location into a restaurant. I think it would be great to see it turned into a gourmet Mac and cheese location.

I am hoping that it does go back into the woods a little bit as that is something that makes Kings Dominion's antiques nice is how secluded they are.

Are we sure they are not putting in a third set of Antiques?

Great addition to the park. They already have a great top two but this will add some much needed quality and give them a solid top three.

A question I have is will the Antiques go back into the former Dinos area or will it all stay on the midway side of Racer?

For people who are concerned about us already having one multi-launch, I would say that Time Traveler and BLSC are completely different type of experiences from each other.

I voted for Corkscrew. It is just a rough ride even if it is nice to look at from the midway. I do think Wicked Twister will be the next ride removed though. I feel like they will move it to one of the smaller parks like Michigan's Adventure where it would be much more popular. When I was at CP a couple weekends ago everything had a wait and WT was virtually a station wait or two the whole time I was there while everything else had a wait time. I think its strict size restrictions and the fact that it is pretty much a one trick pony hurt it in a park with so much more to do. I did really enjoy it though.

One big benefit as others have mentioned is that it gives something that kids and grandparents are able to do outside of Planet Snoopy. One other benefit of having something to entice grandparents is that they will potentially spend more money on food and beverage as well as buying souvenirs for their grandkids. This could be as good of a low cost big return attraction that the park could have done.

Well... there is a different restaurant in its space now called Coney Bar-B-Que. They don't have bacon and cheese fries but they do have a lot of great food options.

The great part about the location is how it will enliven that area of the park again. Maybe they will give those bathrooms an update and do some general sprucing up around the area.

I am happy they are bringing them back. I'm surprised there was nothing announced about Racer or an additional flat, but this is a welcome addition to the park.

I'm curious to see where in the park the Antiques go. Up closer to the Eiffel Tower close to the land in front of Backlot and besides the Carousel would be a good area if it is big enough combining those small pieces of land. Another good area would be behind Racer in part of the old Dinos area or to the left of FOF.

Or two sets of bumper cars (yes I realize one is pint-sized).

I think they will do some work on Racer but my prediction is bringing our original Flying Eagles back or bringing back the Antiques. If it was both that would be exceptional.

I would think they should have expected season pass sales to decrease with nothing new. It will be interesting to see what we do next year.

^ You do a great job and I was on Vortex tonight when you were driving. As far as the cell phone issue one of the things I have wondered is if you are allowed to ask the guest to show you the pictures or videos on their phone (I figure the answer is no.). It is easy for them to deny it without having to show proof. If they are not guilty then they shouldn't get defensive when you ask.

Still relatively busy for a Sunday evening tonight.

If they can run it reliably with two train operation with a lift chain, I would be good with that.
