Look I have been following coasters for 17 years now and a hyper coaster in my book is anything under 300 feet tall and over 200 feet tall. Doesn't matter about inversions, full circuit or not thats just the way I feel. Nothing will change my mind.
Good Yellow I was talking about the fact that its not going to come unlocked unless maintenance or whoever unlocks it on an evac. situation or when the rides is unloading. I just didnt want to type all that in but now you made me
^ Yes it does. I have no fears of any restraint at Kings Island. Most of us have been on hundereds or thousands of rides at many different parks and how many has times has a restraint opened up on you? My guess is none. Once that sucker is locked its not coming unlocked unless someone wants it to.
It all depends on the situation. Usually I will say end of the line but I am one who like to walk the empty rails that are open and if someone deciedes to hop them or go underneath I really dont care.
Pillsberry please remeber since then the cost of steel has gone up and the value of a dollar has gone down. MF cost $25 million nine years ago at 3% inflation a year the cost of the ride would be around 30 million in today dollars. Thats not factoring in the cost of steel.
Out of the parks I have been to I wuold say Cedar Point. I love Kings Island and the rides we have seem better rounded and the park I think overall is nicer. But the location of Cedar Point is amazing. There is so much more than roller coasters and amusment park stuff to do there.
