  1. While I'm disappointed in the lack of response form the park on this, I'm extremely excited to see what is to come on the land.
  2. I went twice this season to Kings Island’s Halloween Haunt. Went on 9/28 and again on 10/5. On 9/28, it rained all day, but honestly, it turned out to be a blessing! Every ride was a walk-on, and we got to enjoy the haunted houses without the usual crowds. The scare actors were all inside, really nailing the creepy vibe despite the weather. It was such a unique experience!2nd trip on 10/5, and wow, it was the busiest I’ve ever seen! The atmosphere was electric, with all the guest, decorations and scare actors out in full force. Even with the crowds, we had an amazing time. Both trips were completely different however, both were fun and can’t wait to return for my 3rd trip of the haunt season.
  3. The new scare zone "Hooked" location fits perfectly with its chilling theme.
  4. It’s interesting how certain rides can leave such a lasting impression on enthusiasts, even after they're gone. Son of Beast has a unique place in roller coaster history, and it’s clear that it’s a ride that Kings Island fans will remember vividly. Its intense experience and the controversies surrounding it only add to the nostalgia and mystique. It holds a special place for many, there’s something memorable about being part of something that was so ambitious, even if it had its rough patches. Speculating about SoB, related Easter eggs and little nods can be a fun way to keep that connection alive. Whether or not those hints have any deeper meaning, they’re a testament to how much of an impact the ride made. Plus, it's always great to share those memories with fellow enthusiasts who appreciate the ride's legacy!
  5. Love the idea of another drink stand like you mention but like you said will they keep it staffed? The station by LaRosa’s wasn’t open anytime that I went. I hope that they will staff this better for next season or take it out. As a drink pass holder at times it would take me longer to get a drink than it would to wait on certain rides. I’m not sure how the staffing situation for the new stations will affect the others. Unless they are planning on closing the other stations or staffing them correctly, but I’m sure the new station will be fully staffed. Like you said It makes too much sense and not enough
  6. My first time going to Kings Island in 2001 as a 10 year old. The first time I ever seen the rides from the highway, and the first time I walked into the park. Never will forget that day
