  1. I mean, just because one thing is bad doesn't mean you should just forget that something else is also bad. It's all a drop in the cup to the emissions tossed in the air by India and China, but that doesn't mean we should just give up and do nothing.
  2. That's fine! Many people prefer Chipotle to McDonalds! It doesn't mean I want a burrito when I'm craving a Big Mac.
  3. That isn't what was being said. The post was about wanting Haunt to be more like the religiously themed event at Dollywood...
  4. I'm totally fine being in some cramped areas. It is just being such a big fella that having to crawl in a little hole is too much for me.
  5. Yes, the event named HAUNT should be done up like the fall festival event at the highly religious amusement park in the nountains.
  6. I remember that Curse of the Crypt had a section where you crawled through something and it gave me a legitimate panic attack. Its why I'm leery of doing the Conjuring house since it does have a crawling component. There's no way I can do that now, bigger and more of a scaredy cat about my claustrophobia.
  7. This is crybaby stuff. If you don't want Halloween Haunt, don't go to Halloween Haunt.
  8. There are absolutely scare actors that have done it on purpose. I'm certain they apologize and act like they didn't, but there's not a chance that no scares actors ever did that on purpose.
  9. Of course they have. Sometimes on purpose, I would imagine. An apology at best is all that happens. Then, the night just moves along. What else could possibly happen?
  10. When? On Fridays and Saturdays in October? The opening day? A random weekday in May after daily operations begins? First thing in the morning? Minutes before closing? Right at lunch time? Seems like it could have different waits during the day every single day.
  11. Most of the grandparents are now people that grew up on Nickelodeon and not Peanuts. You are thinking more of great grandparents.
  12. Nah. Wasteful and environmentally unfriendly.
  13. Yeah, I agree. The rides will have people on them no matter what they are called. Getting the Peanuts at a discount makes as much sense as swapping them out to Looney Tunes or whatever. Neither one is particularly popular with people under 10.
  14. And those are kids being dressed by the people who were ten years old when this started. Those people do not care about Peanuts, either.
  15. I work in an elementary school. I have seen zero kids ever wear a Peanuts shirt. Like never. Its nothing of relevance to kids at all in 2025.
  16. I don't really understand the point. Peanuts is largely unrecognizable to kids today. Seems strange to stick with a dead brand?
  17. I found it was always run down and trashy with guns that never truly worked. Glad it is going away. An empty building would have nearly been better.
  18. This is the best answer, although the pumpkin beignets are absolutely killer as well.
  19. I was 29. I had never thought about it before, but it was probably my favorite year ever for Kings Island, for reasons named in the above post.
  20. They are absolutely going to have ugly presented by signs on each of those, no question.
  21. Mystic Timbers has become my favorite night ride, particularly during the Haunt when fog is covering that area as well. Just completely insane and out of control.
  22. The one by the Larossa's in Rivertown was the one used most often by my wife. I'll pick it.
  23. That's why I said from the following post that I noticed it doesn't have the Crypt on it. Sorry.
