Confirmed to be returning in 2026. Not a huge surprise, but still great to see!

This is why I always wait until right before the season starts to buy passes.

Thinking about the timeline for opening. If that info from Reddit is true and programming starts next week (and takes two months), wouldn’t that lineup pretty closely to opening with the park? Unless my timing and understanding are off.

I don’t think the name alone would have made a difference either way. But if the ride experience was better and it actually worked out long term, then yes.

The hype around this ride was absolutely unreal. I was barely six and remember it being everywhere. Truly a different time. It was unbelievably exciting, I just wish the finished product lived up to that hype.

It’s been a long time. Like, a loooong time. But I vaguely remember the overflow line on opening day for SDatHC being directed toward the left side of the building by the face painting booth/Sweet Spot. Does that mean anything for PT:ON? Nope.

Blah blah blah Orion yada yada. Back on topic. From Reddit, a user is claiming PT:ON won’t open until daily ops. Don’t think I can post any proof or validity here, but it’s out there. Personally, I’d rather them take their time and get it right.

Kind of at this point as well. It would be cool to see the addition of a Coney Mall/New Themed Area expansion. Would be a great spot for an indoor, sit down restaurant (which is desperately needed). In a perfect world where money is no object, it could also be an opportunity to bring the water feature back to The Beast. Add a few classic flats, a restaurant on the water, and some top tier landscaping and I’d be happy. The next big coaster project could occupy the front of the park with an AZ overhaul.

Looking like Supercharged will also be set to close.

100%, my dude. They look significantly better than the original figures. Not that they were bad or anything, but 34 years allows technology to develop in such a way that, on a surface level, makes them superior. The movement and articulation of the new Maestro when specifically compared to the original makes it obvious. To go further, yeah… I adore the art direction of the original ride. Everything about it. But I’m not going to sit here and say this new direction looks worse. I know that’s mostly objective, but come on: Ultimately, comparison is a thief of joy. I’m just hyped for what’s in store. Sally knows what they’re doing. Based on what little we’ve seen in the Curtain Call BTS series and via the filed plans, it seems like it’s going to be done right. Only time will tell…

As opposed to making SC a separate admission, I feel like it might make more sense to just increase the prices of season passes. Which, unpopular opinion, I wouldn’t be opposed too if it meant improved experiences.

KY Flyer was our favorite when we went this summer. Hopefully it sticks around. But yeah, bizarre placement. Totally hyped to see this park getting a lot of love. Flying Fox looks solid and the idea of a new dark ride/indoor coaster only makes me want to return sooner. So much potential. Looking forward to going back this summer.

I wish. But it honestly looks like it’s listed specifically as “Boiler Blast” with nothing referring to Garbonzo.

With the holiday madness behind us, I finally had the chance to pour over the plans. Put some thoughts/predictions/observations together. Spoilers Ahead! Hoping to have some more time to get into the effects listed in the plans, because I feel like this could give us a better idea of what these scenes could include. Same with the super blurry concept art storyboard that's been posted here a few times. Anyway. Time for me to go touch grass.

Spent today much time looking at this tonight and will probably obsess over it more tomorrow. But it looks like the order of these scenes might line up with the “leaked” concept art/storyboards shared previously via that YouTube interview. Just gotta say, wow. Starting to feel more and more real…
