Went to PKI, did all the normal stuff that you do there, yada... ( it's all in my blog, if you really care )
One thing I noticed is that there wasn't one single character walking around the park. I remember being terrified of all those things when I was little, and I'm always on the lookout for them to this day. Apparently the increase in character-beatings has prompted PKI to cut back, eh?
Some generic looking pics that I took while I was there:

Nothing remarkable, just your standard snapshots mostly. A couple of them might be good for wallpapers once you add some nice 3d looking kewl lettering like "PKI dRoP zOnE!" or something. *shrug*
Toe.
Yeah, that's what I was gonna suggest... if you work for a moderately sized company, check with your HR department and see if they have any tickets available. Where I work, they've got passes to PKI, CP, Columbus Zoo, Wyandote Lake, Six Flags... pretty much wherever you'd wanna go - and at seriously reduced prices.
This was my favorite ride as well. I tried to embrace the haunted whatever tour thing that took it's place, but nothing could really equal the smurf ride, imho. (That's what brought me here, actually... a search for info/pics/music from the smurf ride)
