The officer you saw with the gun was probably a police officer. Kings Island has both a Kings Island Police Force with armed officers that, as Dane said, are trained and have the same powers as your every day Police officer, as well as it's own private security force which is unarmed. that makes me feel better that they are trained police officers. it scared me when i saw that 18 year olds were able to be security officers. in indiana, some security guards are special deputies through the county. they receive alot of training. thanks for the info.
