Check the brightness on your phone. I've found times in the past if you have auto brightness on and it's dimmed, or you just have it dimmed slightly, it will not scan.

Ok you have to ask this question. If they are selectively removing trees for a new attraction, then what is the only type of attraction that can maneuver through trees? Flats need to have everything cleared. Buildings need to have everything cleared. Just step back and ask the obvious questions. Concrete is not cheap, I doubt they are spending 10k on a diversion, that is not going to happen. I highly doubt that is in the PR budget. Exactly, nothing to see from that view. Question is what is happening in WWC and beyond the limits of the webcam?? Aren't Giant Sequoias a wonder?? Wait... Did I say too much? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

He's just another coaster boy out of touch with the park, and has a fancy logo for his YouTube account. -

Or maybe a summer long hunt. And the first to submit the correct answer gets to be one of the first riders. Pretty good PR idea. Keeps attendance higher. More attendance= more money spent in the park. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

WWC not open until Memorial Day weekend. Hmm Renovations that would easily have been done during the off season. Hmm. Think about it this way. Rivertown gets new concrete. Nice new themed funnel cake stand. Games pushed down by The Beast. Oh and WWC getting a freshening up, with a new path. What's next, DB getting new paint in the off season? That's a lot of money spent and focused on one area of the park. And what usually happens when CF focuses on a part of park like this??? A nice new large attraction. So let's wait and see. Really hoping for some news at Coasterstock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Oh no! The world might end if 2 coasters are put that close together. I bet you guys have a panic attack when visiting Cedar Point. If we get a Giga, I don't care where they put it. I would be happy to have it. Another thing to look at. The park knows it's business. They just don't say "hey, let's put this here!". They will do many different studies to see how an area would be affected by a new attraction. What kind of ROI they can pull from surrounding games, and food with a new attraction in so said spot. Me, I would be happy with a woodie or a Giga. Makes no difference to me. I'll be there to support the park and enjoy it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Here you go. I had to chop Fury since the layout of course would not fit. But the footprint would fit, and with more room to spare. I think it would be cool to see the bottom of a first drop go right into the WWC valley! Screenshots taken from www.maps.google.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Previous satellite pictures show the lake is filled as early as late March. If it is still drained then my guess it may be going away, or footing will be poured in it and refilled at a later date.

Well since Fury 325 now shows up on google maps, I did a quick overlay. If these markers are from the clearing, back by the train bridge, scattered through the woods in WWC,and all the way up to Old Fort Coney; there is plenty of room for a Giga coaster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Well I look at it this way. If it was a flat, they would have just plowed though everything back there, not just mark specific trees. The same if they were building a building for a dark ride. A roller coaster can be built around objects, and remove little ones that are in the way. Look at The Beast. I think we may be seeing some footings soon. I will bet though, this will drive up Coasterstock ticket sales. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I'm thinking that is an old footing for the bridge that used to cross there. -

There is a lot of room around DB and behind WWC. Plenty for a modern twisty woodie.
