  1. If Kings Island gets a giga hopefully it's a Intamin instillation. I'd rather have KI skip on the oversized Diamondback.
  2. I heard about this on the news.. <a href="http://s362.photobucket.com/user/x241/media/image.jpg1_2.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo63/x241/image.jpg1_2.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo image.jpg1_2.jpg"/></a>
  3. I think a small restaurant on the 50ft observation deck on the Eiffel Tower would be awesome.
  4. The GP have spoken. <a href="http://s362.photobucket.com/user/x241/media/image.jpg1_1.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo63/x241/image.jpg1_1.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo image.jpg1_1.jpg"/></a> Photo taken with potato
  5. If there is to be an coaster addition hopefully it's not a B&M dive coaster. If it happens to be a B&M ( 99.5% chance ). A B&M flyer would make a better fit in the current coaster lineup than a dive coaster. In my opinion CP's biggest hole would be a wooden coaster. If they do plan to build a woodie. GCI, The Gravity Group or Intamin would make a great wooden coaster addition.
  6. The OP did ask for which manufacture i'd prefer and reasons/opinions why. So here something i gotta ask you, You Mad Bro?
  7. Intamin produce a better ride, B&M has better reliability. The only reason Intamin has reliability issues is due to the fact the amount of force those rides produce, creating a lot of wear and tear on them. There are a lot of Intamin rides that are not accounted for when operating as far as reliability. As far as safety, I've seen countless times where oversized people being forced into the restraints on countless coasters of different manufacturers which is a An accident waiting to happen. luckily for B&M since majority of their rides do not produce alot of force no one has been ejected from their coasters. Can't say the same for Intamin even tho it's inexcusable for Intamin. Recently Cedar Fairs has addressed that safety issue on it's B&M lineup. The seatbelt system we see on Diamonback main purpose is so if you cannot fit the seatbelt system you cannot ride. This is so ride ops no longer try to squeeze you in the lap bar system like the did previously, which runs the risk of an accident. I would love to see another Intamin instillation at Kings Island, Especially a Giga Coaster. Every time I see pictures of Millenium Force or I305 I get jelly bro.
  8. Wifi at the new Starbucks is going to be great, im definitly bringing my laptop to Kings Island. I will be able to do all of my work from home at Kings Island and eat my 2 meals a day from season dining plan and during my breaks hit up a couple rides. Wonderful!
  9. Meanstreak does not need RMC treatment, there is a lack of wooden coasters at Cedar Point If anything they should replace it with another woodie.
  10. Cedar Fair did a coaster conversion with mantis a B&M standup that will be a floorless coaster here in a couple months.
  11. I lost my iPhone last year at Kings Island, used my friends iPhone and tracked it, it was on the move. It went from the festhaus to Banshee. ( I rode Banshee earlier that day). I walked into the Banshee exit while having it play sound. asked the ride op about the phone and they ended up having it. I have no idea how it ended up out of my pocket. Or ended up at the festhaus at one point. I'm happy I got it back tho.
  12. For rollercoaster addition id like to see a b&m floorless or a Intamin giga. ( Not a floorless 300ft B&M. ) for flats I'd would love to see an enterprise, Ferris wheel, or a trabant since Coney Island made the poor decision of removing theirs. As for Soak City I'd like to see more slides, or better yet a water coaster.
  13. Not that the cost of a 30 million dollar oversized Diamondback had anything to do with this. Hint : FURY 325
  14. a fly over x base would be pretty cool, would definitely play in with the theming.
  15. this looks like it provides more airtime than Diamondback.
  16. INTAMIN fanboys still dreaming..
  17. <a href="http://s362.photobucket.com/user/x241/media/image.jpg1.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo63/x241/image.jpg1.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo image.jpg1.jpg"/></a>
  18. plans to add an Intamin giga coaster in the foreseeable future?
  19. No need for a dive coaster at the point, there about to have the cream of the crop with a B&M floor-less coaster.
  20. mike nugent could probably use one of these after that sorry of a kick... This is a joke if you don't want to be scared go attend snoopy's halloween party.
  21. I think Holiday World can afford way more than what there being credited for, the park is consistently packed. This purchase is no suprise, the fact that its a launched wing rider tho is a big suprise on B&M's part YAY For B&M! 2 decades later now we are catching up!
  22. My opinion on the coasters you stated that need attention: Back lot Stunt Coaster = Repair the helicopter hydraulics, and fire affects. Have the splashdown refilled, and without the water effects to prevent corrosion. The empty pool just looks ghetto to have water in it at least would be nice. Boo Blasters boo hill = needs to be completely rethemed, I liked Sonofbeast2.0's idea of targets shooting back with the cart spinning maybe have a point in the ride were you faceoff other carts. Flight of Fear = Needs lights replaced, and should be by now mechanical problems that started two fires. Maybe new aliens placed into the garbage bag filled tubes in the station. Adventure Express =needs to be completely refurbished, a lot of it including the track needs paint, special effects such as the hammer men need repaired of replaced. lights need replaced. The Bat = Is great Kings Island did a fantastic job with the now defunct Flight Deck refurbishment. I would have went with a different paint scheme IE: darker supports, and black trains. other than that I'd leave it as is. Race for your life Charlie Brown = to me is fine as is. I'm going to add a coaster that I personally think needs attention The Racer = Sections of the track need replaced, or repaired and the supports need to be repainted. This may be expensive and time consuming but has been done recently to the sister park Kings Dominion's Rebel Yell. Maybe have promotional times during the year were Blue Trains are turned backwards. ( kinda like Six Flags does with Batman: The Ride ) Overall I think as far as cost for these refurbishments would be= BLSC: less thank $500k BBBH: $2-4 million FoF: less than $50k AE: less than $500k The Bat: $0 RYLCB: $0 Racers: $1-2 million
  23. Raptor at Cedar Point has very uncomfortable restraints, and the coaster is vary loud while waiting in line when im trying to have a conversation with friends. Banshee by far is the best inverted coaster I've ridden.
  24. Tower gardens, or the field behind the eifle tower would make a great place for antique cars.
