August 12, 200719 yr Author At $299 I would not call the Buffet Complementary. Actually, you could call it complementary (it does go with it), but complImentary IS a stretch! http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/complementary --The Interpreter, running for his room, while observing that this is actually less costly than the VIP experience at Cedar Point (which has raised AGAIN): http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/visit/vip.cfm
August 12, 200719 yr If you can afford to shell out that kind of money I say go for it. I for one can't.
August 12, 200719 yr Author And what if it pours rain that evening? Or is an unseasonably cold 45 degrees? Or, conversely, is 98 degrees. Stranger things have happened.
August 12, 200719 yr Yeah but "having the park to yourself" with free drinks and dinner buffet... One would look past any bad weather. Unless ofcourse it something that shuts down the rides! Then I'd be pi**ed!!! -Hauntguy
August 12, 200719 yr I dont think six flags shuts it rides down, when its JUST raining. unlike Cedar Fair it shuts down it rides when its sprinkleing.
August 12, 200719 yr Author Kingda Ka DOES shut down at the first drop of rain. Two reasons that I know of: * INTAMIN suggests that. * Rain at 128 miles per hour is not fun. Not fun at all. --The Interpreter, who almost wishes he didn't know that second one from first face experience...not to mention first hand.
August 12, 200719 yr So how much are they limiting attendance? Well I guess tickets for 300 dollars would do the limiting itself.. Yet, I am curious on how many tickets they are selling.
