Paramount Parks did.

Cedar Fair does guest surveys, but whether or not they use an outside, third party vendor I do not know...

I figured they did. Most larger organizations do.

I tend to think that internal surveys are actually better as they can react quicker to issues that arise.

I think this is great news for Six Flags. I know many have bashed SF in the past, but from what I am reading in trip reports and general talk on the net is that SF is on the right track to clean up their image.
