...Kentucky Kingdom gets new president

Andy Michaelree has been named the new president of Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom.

He has been director of in-park services since 2005 and has been with the Six Flags organization since 1973.

Michaelree is replacing Jay Thomas, who left in August to take a job as president of Six Flags California in Valencia.

Six Flags Inc., founded in 1961, operates 21 entertainment parks in North America.
