Dalefan
They need to get rid of Club Blood. Its way too boring and the end part is way too weird. Kinda x- rated from what seen lol.
CoastersNSich
And Jim Knippenberg, the article's author, needs to know that the P-word isn't really being used anymore. He must not have been to the park this year.
The Interpreter
Or perhaps he HAS. If Cedar Fair doesn't want the park referred to as "Paramount's Kings Island," then they have this BIG, HUGE sign out front that NEEDS changing. Until then, they have no right to beef with anyone who calls the park what the sign does.
Shman
They need to get rid of Club Blood. Its way too boring and the end part is way too weird. Kinda x- rated from what seen lol. Why would they need to get rid of it because its "kinda x-rated"?? The park advertises it as an Adult Oriented Haunted Attraction. Plain and Simple their going to push the envelope. The actors in there are actually wearing more and less revealing clothing then was originally planned. They are suppose to be sexy, yet creepy at the same time. And just because you found it boring doesnt meant the general public all feels that way. I couldnt count the amount of people running out of their yelling about how awesome it was and how they loved it. It doesnt necessarily have to be "scary" for it to be fun. Club Blood relies more on the creepy and shock value.
The Interpreter
I am quite sure they are NOT now, after the first week, "wearing more" and "less revealing" clothing due to complaints received at guest relations. Certainly not. Nope. Family park the rest of the year, then suddenly MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY during Halloween Haunt? This just doesn't seem a very smart business plan. "An Adult Oriented Halloween Attraction"? Then maybe it should be judged by the same community standards other adult oriented entertainment is. . . Just a thought. This MIGHT work better if it WERE an upcharge event. At least then, people would have a better understanding that they are not going to the Kings Island they are used to and have come to expect.
