Go in twice and buy the 2008 pass......

You can go online or to the front gate and buy a ticket, go in for a few hours and enjoy some rides. Go back ot the front gate and get your hand stamped and take your ticket stub to the admission window and they will take your ticket purchase price off of a 2008 pass. (has to be done the day of visit) Then use your hand stamp to go back in the park. Then come back another day to redeem your free visit with your 2008 pass.

2 Visits for the same price.;.............................. OH YEAH< AND YOUR WELCOME!

Good work-around on that idiotic policy/program/perk CF has put in place after they saw lower SP sales and/or heard complaints from prospective SP buyers (speculation on my part, but highly likely this was a reactionary move).

However, I believe the ticket upgrade needs to be done at the Return Visit Booth inside the park next to Keyhole Photo. At least that was the case as of 2004...

The return visit is inside the park. If youwere purchasing a ticket. We are getting a pass here (READ AGAIN)....Worked for me. Im going tomorrow
