  1. Taking the Supermarket strategy it looks like. Staff the bare minimum, in this case it'll be rides and lifeguards which have minimums to operate. I wonder if they will use those employees to fill other departments. I remember back in my Rides days they would send people to Ecology (Park Services). Will they use Lifeguards in other departments until the waterpark opens?
  2. I don't think I could even do 10 days in Orlando, much less 10 at CP.
  3. I can't imagine the capacity being better than before.
  4. 10 days at Cedar Point? That sounds exhuasting!
  5. Katie is amazing, I worked with her back in 2010 and 2011. She deserves it!
  6. Kings Island attracts a Dollar General crowd on average.
  7. I'm glad they were able to keep it. My wife and I really enjoy the Summerfair.
  8. Franklin finally getting some respect in the park. His unofficial ride Franklin's Geezus Gerbils didn't last very long.
  9. I'm glad the production value is so high on the web series.
  10. Unfortunately, no, it's not a Marvel property even. Closer to an Amalgam comic type than anything else. While looking this up, I had no idea it was actually a web series.
  11. As the resident Action Theatre enthusiast: Action Theatre History Secrets of the Lost Temple was there in 2003 only. Days of Thunder ran in Side B of Action Theatre for about 2 weeks in 2004.
  12. I'm sure someone from Tech Services can chip in here, but Action Theatre was a pretty high cost attraction. The seats have a lot of hydraulic moving parts and they would break down fairly often. Also, when I was there in 2004, the projector was still film. Occasionally the film would break or burn out and they had to splice the film back together. The main reason it still stands is probably the workshop for Tech Services underneath, which basically handles all of the speaker and microphones in the park.
