Avatar
OH…..where to start, changing the front around will hopefully pay for itself in time by slowing the guest down enough down the new old main street. But also because of the Disneyphiles (what Jim refers to as what we call a KI fan boy) do like to travel around to see various Disney parks and DCA is not high on their list. So if they do include several target attractions that appeal to all ages and groups, then they will attract the locals for the rides and the Disneyphiles travel to their park and to stay awhile. So I do think that Disney has wisely tried to appeal to target specific guest needs to bring in needs including a plan to get guests (Disneyphiles) to spend more money which is the bigger picture here. The amazing thing is that there is an incredible amount of Disneyphiles around the country.
Avatar
Exactly – and if they get them enthused about DCA that will translate to a lot of new visitors who love to stay on property and spend money on all things Disney. One more thought to add – is that the age group of most Disneyphiles is usually 30+ plus years old.

They are very much ones that can spread good word about an attraction or a park. Probably more than any other park. Top it off, they usually have the economic means to go to any Disney park that they want to.
