The Interpreter Posted March 4, 2008 Author Posted March 4, 2008 Just as when CBS sold the former campground to Great Wolf Lodges and retained a percentage interest...which was later offered to Cedar Fair, who turned it down....(CBS later sold its retained interest to GWL) A seller can keep an interest in something it sells. Get it? That all being said, I believe the park was actually sold by a non-profit organization and the park was only managed by Cedar Fair. The retained interest by Cedar Fair is probably to secure past due management fees, but I am only speculating... Quote
