welchce
Pictures credited to my brother (ThaneofPriceHill) http://picasaweb.google.com/kwelch/KingsIs...terConstruction When the ropes dropped my brother and I ran to The Beast. It was a bit longer than normal since the short cut along the pond was obviously blocked off for construction. However, they did not remove the concession stand that was there... The rides after that goes as follows: Back Lot Stunt Coaster, SpongeBob, Racer (blue), AE, Flight Deck, KIMVRR (where most of those pictures came from), Vortex, Beast, Avatar, Scooby-Doo. Interesting photos: It's like playing Where's Waldo with the pink ribbons in the woods... There was an impressive lineup of vehicles... And either a new or still existing drainage system is in place which makes you wonder if they will refill the pond after construction is over... *EDIT* I resized the pictures as well as would like to mention that we saw Don Helbig with media and we were in front of Dane and CoasterRZ in line for Flight Deck but didn't say hi because we didn't think they recognized us from the KIC Event. Jasper
Very nice pics it showed me a lot i did not get to see. I like how they put the pants in the footers to try and hide them or conceal them. I saw some trees removed right after you exit the train station in Rivertown form The Beast's queue line. Cedar Fair does work quick,

Thane Of Price Hill
Some beautiful flowers around the I-Street Fountains I'm always impressed with the flowers, topiaries, and landscaping at Kings Island. The horticulture folks do a fine job. I just wish there was more of an emphasis placed on having such things throughout the park. There were a number of places in the Coney Mall section that would have benefited from flowers. Hopefully there will be more there later in the season.
