As formerly state in the KICentral.com Staff ERT? thread, my brother and I were at KI Friday.

I got there (5:30) a little earlier than he did (6:15). I walked through the barren front of the park back to X-Base. I knew FoF was going to be running so after a five minute wait I got my first ride on that of the year. Then I got in line as they were opening Firehawk; a 15 minute wait. After that I rode Vortex two times in a row (not having to get off because of the sparse crowd) and then met my brother at Ol' Swan Lake.

As we all know, Swan Lake has been drained... but apparently not everyone knew:

A closer inspection shows that they started to paint orange lines on the ground (maybe a sign of how the station will go):

I noticed that they took out some trees by the walkway but left the mulch there:

They also added two motor cycles and a cut out of ‘Kaptain’ Robbie Knievel (more photos on the link):
